Personally, I dont think you need a Z170 board, and you dont need that high speed of RAM for that processor.

I personally think it as an " early investment " so I can upgrade CPU to a K one later down the line without splurging another hundred for a z170 mobo . but thx for the fast responses

well my gpu of choice is good enough for the resolution , games , and framerate that im aiming for :D
