Any way to track my GPU/CPU Temperature ??

Hey again,
as the title says, I wanna track the temperature of my GPU/CPU (not test them) but I got no idea how do I actually do that crap. I'd like to know if it's possible to avoid installing smth.

MSI Afterburner will get you very specific GPU stats and CPU temperatures.

I like CoreTemp for CPU temps since it will output to my old Logitech G15, but I also really like the calculated TDP. Lets you see what the CPU draws at idle vs load.
