Best way to compress video?

I record gameplay for my channel I want it to be the highest quality possible. To do this i want to compress the file of a 10 minute 4k recording to about 2 gigabytes. ITs originally 10 gigabytes and using handbrake makes the quality look HORRIBLE!

The best way I have found is to rerender the file in SOny Vegas, it makes a watchable 3gb file which is awesome but it takes about 5 hours to render a video which is Horrible!

Any suggestions to reduce file size but maintain quality?

To go from 10GB to 2GB, you are literally throwing away 80% of the pixels.

Rendering with some other tool (Sony Vegas)...yes, it takes a while. Because it has to do a LOT of investigation and interpolation.
It takes time.

Fast. Small. Good.
Choose two.

Processing high resolution video is a hugely demanding task for the computer. In the same way serious gamers spend money building a beast of a gaming computer, people into video production spend a lot of money on building their beasts. You're going to want quad core with hyperthreading for this kind of thing at a minimum if your time is valuable.

I got quad core with hyperthreading :D Is there a way I could use my Graphics card to render as I have 8gb GDDR5X Memory which is pretty much just sitting there when I render video...
