upgrading my system what psu will i need?

My current system is a 4790s and a gtx 660 sc with a corsair VS550 psu. Im upgrading to a gtx 1070 sc with a 4790k and some sort of all in one water cooler for the cpu would i need to upgrade my psu?

full specs
4970s
hyper evo 103
asrock h97 pro4
gtx 660sc
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
nzxt 240 black
corsair VS550
currently 4 fans installed

the VS is better than the CS but basically still crap. won't burn your house down but I wouldn't overclock my system with that kind of PSU.
however 10 months is no age and will handle the card fine

its only about 10 months old, so your saying 550w is enough just my certain psu would not be ideal?

sorry made a mistake its a vs550 not a cs550 if that makes a difference sorry about that
