iv had this computer for around a year now..i built it my self and its run great since...however the last few weeks my pc has been randomly freezing and lagging to point i would need to do a hard reset to get it back to normal then the problem would return within the hour

lean install of windows 8.1 ran good for about 4 days thren i did a update to windows 10 and IT ran fine for 2 days..but now its back to doing the freezing/lagging...i have the os installed on a ssd and i have 1 3tb hdd..iv checked them both with software and they say there still good if its not the hdd/ssd any idea what could be causing this?
