I have tried many different ways to reset my Motherboard!

I've pulled the power cable, moved the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 and leaving it for a bit, pulling the CMOS battery!

I can't seem to get it to reset - I know it hasn't cuz it still holds my O.C. profile there....

I'm trying to get it to read my RAM correctly! after my computer sat for a long time unused (for a few months) I started it back up, updated my BIOS Firmware, and had trouble starting it up, and noticed that my OkRAM! light came on, I wasn't sure what to do and I just rebooted my PC a few times, it went off but later I noticed that my performance was lagging.... I took a look at my specs and I have 18GB RAM installed, but it's only recognizing 1/3 of each stick! (I've taken all the sticks out and tested each one) so my computer says I only have 6GB installed and my BIOS keeps defaulting them to 1333MHz instead of the 1600MHz they're supposed to run at!!

Can someone help!

Here are some pics of my issue and RAM: https://goo.gl/photos/cPLakW6LpwG3c9TFA

Memory Size 6GB Kit (3 x 2GB)
SPD Latency 9-9-9-24
SPD Speed 1333MHz
SPD Voltage 1.5

That is a triple channel kit for an X58 motherboard. Memory will run at Serial Presence detect settings unless the user changes the settings in the BIOS.

Picture shows XMP enabled and running at rated speed of 1600MHz. I hate to tell you this, but your motherboard doesn't have enough memory slots for you to get 18GB of (TR3X6G1600C8D).
