I have $300 to spend on upgrading my computer.
My PC Specs:
i3 4130 - 3.4 GHZ
Evga GTX 970
8 GB RAM DDR3
600W Cooler Master Power supply

I am trying to play Battlefield 1 in good fps. Since my cpu is bottlenecking my pc, my gpu can only release 45-55% on its power on bf1.

You should probably change your processor to an i5 6500 or 6600K and have some money to upgrade the RAM or Storage.

On $300? You would have to add a decent motherboard and RAM, and that would be pushing the upgrade costs to well over $500.
