I want to add more ram memory but when the sites ask for manufacturer of my PC I don't know it as it was custom built over 3 years ago it as AMD II x2 245 processor it's 32bit it as NVIDIA memory interface 64bit? there is also a ASUS sticker on the side other than opening it up is there a way to find out if and what I need to upgrade my RAM
G lite and cooler master are also on the front


they had an app to scan my PC it was ASUS M3N78-VM system. so solved it

You can look up the motherboard model for compatible RAM or just get another set of sticks like your existing one.
You can find out the specs without opening the case by running GPUZ utility. But since you need to open the case to add more RAM, you can just open the case and look at the RAM and motherboard models that way. Or were you planning on buying the RAM then placing it on top of the case hoping it would just fall inside and install on it's own? :)
