Hi! Really weird issue- I've lost access to a lot of folders on my PC. Main ones like Start Menu, My Documents, Local Settings, Documents and Settings. It happened a while ago, but if I remember correct, I had access to them all when it was new. I'm the only user on it, and have full administor access on my account. I suspect foul play, but i ran my antivirus (panda) and it deleted a trojan, but still no access. Also my internet sometimes seems like it's downloading when it's not (severe buffering of live streams). I also ran malware bytes-no issues. But I lost permissions before internet issues so maybe unrelated. Theres files all over that I dont recognize and a lot of them I cant delete 
I've also looked at the resource and performance monitor and nothing wierd comes up, i dont think. I have windows 8.1. Also Java keeps promting updates the last few days after a year of it running fine. I updated it and it still keeps asking me to update again. Thanks!
