My current rig is

My specs:
Fx 8320
Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1gb ddr5
CM 212x
Intex 450w PSU
GA78LMT-USB3
Please suggest me a good gaming rig and it should last atleast 4.5 years and my budget is around $450 and
I want to play the latest games at 720p at high to settings

If you already have this system, if you sell it and put that with the $450 you can get a pretty decent system for $700.

Intel i5-6500 along with a mid-range card like a RX 470 or GTX 1060 3 GB would be right in line for you.
