Hi.

First of all i'd like to say that i've never overclock any cpu and this will be my first experience if i can. My system like below;

CPU : intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz 33 °C Wolfdale 45nm

RAM : 2x2=4,00GB Dual Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)

Motherboard : Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. P41-ES3G (Socket 775) 32 °C

Graphics : 936W (1366x768@60Hz) 1024 MBNVIDIA geforce 9500 GT (Undefined) 40 °C

I want to overclock my system with stock fan. Also i have about 5 (one of it is exhaust fan) fans in my case. I just want to increase it's speed to 3.2 GHz if it's possible. My memories are 667Mhz and i know this is not a good situation for overclocking. But i want to do it with this system so i just need your advices. I don't think to change any part of my system. Maybe i can change my cpu to core2quad 8400 but for now i need your advice with this system. I have 500W good brand PSU. And i think it's more than enough. Here is some pictures are belong to my system. (I can add more pictures if it is needed.);

And my bios pictures are below;

I just tried something like below pictures but i didn't save it. I leave voltages auto like before. I didn't touch it. I changed 266 CPU Host Frequency value to 300 and CPU frequency value changed to 3,15Ghz (It's enough for me). And i changed my System Memory Multiplier value to 2.40B then my memory MHz value is increased to 720 like below;

If I leave my System Memory Multiplier value to Auto, it's value is 750 and i think it's very dangerous for my memories. I have also 2.00B option. Then my memory MHz value is decreased to 620 (I'm not sure it's 620 but maybe 640 or 600 but it's lower than 667 in any case). You can see all of my System Memory Multiplier option in the picture below;

I leave my voltages to Auto like below picture;

So now i need your help and advices. I didn't want to save these changes before some experienced people accepted it. Cause i don't want to crash my system. Hope i can explain my problem and you can understand. My english is not advanced. Thank you again and i will wait for your answer.

I also tried something like below example. In this time i adjust CPU Host Frequency to 333 and my CPU Frequency increased to 3,5GHz then i adjust System Memory Multiplier to 2,00B and it's value is now 667. I didn't touch voltage part. 3,5 is very high. Can i do this change? I mean if i do it, it's safety? My processors's heat is 33 C. It's more than 50 C in stress test. If i increase my cpu to 3,5 GHz can i do it with my stock fan? Here is the picture;

And this is my Advanced Bio Features part. Do i need to change any value there like CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) or CPU EIST Functionto disable. I just see a video and a guy disabled those parts before overclocking. And this is why i am asking. Here is the picture;

Solution
If you are going to overclock then you MUST replace the stock cooler. The stock cooler is designed to handle the heat generated by the CPU when it is run at stock clocks and voltages and has very little headroom, it will very quickly become inadequate when you start increasing either the clock or voltage.
