And am I right when I assume that it doesn't matter in which slot I put a Gigabyte GTX 1060? And do you think the board is good enough?

I would put it in the slot closest to the CPU so you can utilize the fastest connection speeds, lowest latencies, and the full 16 lanes of PCIe 3.0.

Unfortunately, I have to use the one that is further away. Will I notice the difference?

Why do you have to use the on further away?

and I guess you wouldn't see much performance, maybe 1 or 2 FPS. Because it is a budget card. (guessing, but only the Titan X(p) would surpass PCIe 3.0 X8 and only at 4K.

well, because I'm using the case and HDD from my older pc. The hard drive is most likely going to block my graphics card if I put it in the first slot. Another option maybe is to move the drive somewhere else, but then I probably gotta glue it or something like that, which isn't so great. If that would work though I would probably go for the Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H mobo. Do you recommend moving the HDD?

If its the only HDD slot, no, The second slot will be fine.
