I need to know if my computer can handle to upgrade from the current graphics card. My specs so far are I7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.41 GHz and RAM is 16.0 GB.

Sorry if I didn't include enough specs, i'm not that savy with computer details. Thanks.

Well, the i7-6700 is not the best gaming processor but it will work superb nonetheless (especially in newer games). A 960-1070 upgrade is a really good one and is definitely worth it. http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-960-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1070/3165vs3609

You will nearly triple your performance. A good GTX 1070 to buy is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487262&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

because it is really high-quality and is on sale.

Hi Sean,

Which Games do you normally play??.Whats your monitor Resolution and refresh rates.Your CPU is good and should handle games really well. Most of the games today are becoming graphics intensive rather than CPU intensive so you might not have problem with CPU to begin with.1070 is a good card however if you can answer some of the questions above i can really suggest you a good card which can meet your needs.

Yes, i7 6700 is plenty powerful enough for a GTX 1070. I'm typing this on my i7 6700/GTX 1070FE rig right now. Runs demanding games just fine.
