How do I fix the Application Error SysInitP.exe

I started getting this error a couple days ago. it occurs even when no programs are running.
SysInitP.exe - Application Error

Sometimes it is SysInitP_.exe - Application Error

The exception Breakpoint as been reached.
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x53387bd1.
Click on OK to terminate the program

I would begin by searching for those names and seeing where they are located on your harddrive. Those do not appear to be windows files so I'm leary of them being some type of infection. Does this also happen in safe mode?

A search of my hard drive did not find the SysInitP.exe or SysInitP_.exe files, but the errors persist. I have been unable to get into safe mode using the F8 or f11 keys. I am not sure if that a related error. I have a Toshiba Satellite S855 Laptop so I am not sure why the F8 key does not work for safe mode. I ran malwarebytes and AVG scans and lot of junk/infections was removed, but the problem persists. Any ideas how I can tell what software is causing the error?
