Upgrade CPU or GPU?

I play a lot of CSGO. I mean A LOT of csgo.

Build right now:
i5 4460
R9 270
8GB Hyper X 1333Mhz
stock cooler, shitty mobo.

my plan is to definitely upgrade the case, but aside from that I need a CPU or a GPU

Choices are: i7 6700, i5 6600k. for the i5 I would get decent watercooling and for the i7 I would get a 212 evo.

GPU: 1070... thats the best I can get in my price range. Thanks in advance guys!

I recently upgraded my monitor, my keyboard is a corsair K70 cherry red, my mouse is a mionix castor. I've got pretty much a perfect setup aside from the interior xD.

Headphones: Sennheiser HD 518

+ I play csgo semi-professionally, competing whenever I can. I'd like to have the upper hand FPS wise :)

Since you have a pretty decent cpu, i recommend upgrading your gpu because your main pc use is for gaming, right? Gpu upgrading is good for gaming rather than upgrading your cpu unless your cpu is intel celeron or pentium.
