I want to know it will run games like crysis 3, gta 5, battlefield with no problems, and mafia 3.
Is xeon e5- 2620 v2 good for gaming at 2k on middle and high or 1080p at max?

Not likely. it runs at 2.1ghz, 2.6ghz with turbo. Games that are highly threaded might perform well but generally 4 core chips at 3+ ghz are preferable for gaming.

It's not me it does this when someone answers my question.
Some people say my cpu it will lead down my gpu and im still confuse why.

Low clock speeds, old architecture = low single core performance. compared to those Intel chips clocked @ 3+ GHz.
Although you have strong multi-core performance, some games do rely heavily on single-threaded performance. I've never played Mafia, but the others do well with mutliple cores.
