Need help - Bad BIOS flash gone really wrong

Hi,
I tried to flash the BIOS of my laptop (Acer Aspire TimelineX 4820TG) a few months ago, and this went really bad : the screen went black, all leds turned on, all fans at maximum speed, no working button. After several minutes, I removed the power cord to turn it off.
Since then, it's dead. It doesn't turn on at all, screen or led don't light on, no noise, nothing.

A bit confident, I opened the computer, put the clock battery off then on, but nothing.
Since then, I bought a replacement BIOS chip, but I'm not good enough at soldering to try anything. Way too small.

So I dumped the content of new chip, and flashed the computer's one with its rom. (I suppose I flashed the right chip, there are two Winbond chips on motherboard but I flashed the chip with the same serial number than the one I received).

Everything went right, but it's still totally dead.

Could a bad flash fry the CPU or something ? As the fans and lights went mad...

Thank you very much.

Update : I managed to find a second dump for some chip that I don't know : KBC. Could it be the second 8-legs chip I found ? Could this be related to the problem I've got ?
