my computer has been shut down by its own. after restarting I noticed, temperature of CPU was about 70C degrees, I cleaned my cooling system, changed thermal paste, but computer started to heat even faster. sometimes it's shut down when OS is not even fully loaded (on login screen for example

I use Corsair H75 water cooling system and Zalman thermal paste (motherboard is ASUS Sabertooth 990fx R2.0)

Now temperaure jumps between 46C and 75C in time when I do nothing or surfing internet

Hmm really strange but I have some ideas, something is messed with cooler or the cpu/mobo sonde is going crazy (happened on X4 athlon for me, checked with externalsonde in my rheobus and everything was fine, solution was to disable cpu warning temperature).

Try feeling the air coming from the back of the cooler to see if the cpu aio exhaust feels warm. Feel the cooling hoses between the radiator and water block on the cpu to see if they feel warm, if not then its possible your pump stopped working. Looking at overdrive you don't have much thermal margin headroom left before throttle temps are reached while the cpu is barely being used. If possible try a different cooler and see if temps improve. If the h75 is still under warrant consider getting it replaced or if warranty is up consider buying a new cooler.

You've thoroughly dusted the radiator and checked it with a decent light like a flashlight to make sure there's no dust built up in the fins of the radiator right?

Yes it may be something related to the cooler. Do you have old box cooler to test?

Yes. I installed old tower-type radiator from Zalman. Now it's cooler. something about 35-41C. in game about 48-53C.

Maybe the pump went out on the h75, could you hear it working?
