Hello there ,
recently i bought a new ram stick from a friend which was a pny 4gb 1333 and mine is a crucial 4gb 1600 at first when i put the ram sticks on the pc it booted up perfectly fine but it had 3.48 usable ram speed and i have a 64bit operating system so i went on the bios and checked my settings after trying to switch the ram sticks to the opposite pins the pc wouldent boot up at first i thought i might of had disconnected a wire while switching them but i rebuilt it and it still dosent seem to boot up , i already tried cmos reset and it boots up without my GPU but i get no display what so ever and it dosent even turn on sometimes. the PSU should be fine since its a 725w one i just dont get it it was working fine the whole year
specs:
athlon 5350
gigabyte ga-am1m-s2h
ram 4 (tried booting with both, with mine and the one i just got and none worked
psu xpluspower xpp725-hs
gpu gtx 950

ok so i just finished rebuilding it and seems not to work it does start but sometimes my heatsink dsnt start and sometimes my pc fans work but i get the beeps as if there was no ram on both slots with both ram sticks tried using each one of them on different slots one at a time and nothing. i fear i might of have killed the mobo since it literally dsnt even turn on sometimes so i need to reset cmos its an am1 socket so i dont know if i should just upgrade or get it fixed
