Is this legal?

One of the only tech stores in Norway has a sale on a rx 470 card which ends tonight. Would it be legal to buy the card, keep it without opening it, then return it if I see a better sale on black friday? That way in case I don't see a better option on black friday, I can just keep it.

Hi i worked in customer service for 6 years the only way you could get a full refund ( the amount you paid for it ) is to return as unused and still in its original packaging as a full refund that's the only way to get a no quibble return i seen it all the time people returning rugs/ furniture as they changed there mind and i kid you not as soon as they returned it they went straight back to me and bought it again at 30% off there was nothing i could do or anyone else its not illegal more bending the rules ;-)

You're consumer rights are unaffected you can return any item in 28 days ( sometimes 90 in some places ) check the store policy

They say you can return the product in 45 days if you regret the purchase.

Some stores also have 30 day price guarantees where if they lower the price or put it on sale, you can bring in your receipt and get the lower price.
