I can't click links on google pages. I want to post a reply to a message I received on google. I open up the drop tab notifications to reply there. Sometimes the comment box won't open and I'm unable to click "post comment." Sometimes, I find zooming the window out to 80% allows me to get around this but not always.
In gmail, using hangouts, I'm unable to type messages unless I open hangouts in a separate window. If its in the same window, I'm unable to type messages.
I've tried this on all browsers. I've cleared, cache, cookies, reinstalled browswers and so forth but to no avail.
I'm on windows 10, the latest build.
