Need help to make me decide which M.2 ssd should i buy ?

Plextor M8Pe 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive

Or

Samsung 950 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive

Yes. Either. Both.

Simply due to reputation inertia, the Samsung wins. But the Plextor is a good drive as well.
In your market, is there a price difference? If so, how much?

Well...you're comparing a Samsung Pro to a standard Plextor.
What is the price for a Non-Pro Samsung in that format and size?

For performance, you'd probably not see a lot. The Samsung Pro comes with a longer warranty.

I check the pro have NVMe and the non-pro don't have that s why is cheaper
