I'm looking for any priced keyboard as long as it's mechanical. I want the absolute best one and I don't care about rgb as I prefer build quality over the extra price for rgb. I've looked at quite a few including das 4, the k70, ,65, and 95 from corsair, razer blackwidow, ducky shine 5, and some others. Would you suggest a better one and if not, out of theses, which one is the best? In other words, what would be the best keyboard for 2016?

Not having a large corpus of mech keyboards to compare to, I can't say.
I've come from a long string of Logitech and Microsoft membrane wireless boards.

Who knows...the next one I find may be better. Or worse.

There is no "best".
What do your fingers, ears, eyes, wallet like?

Couple of months ago, I was in the store looking at mechs.
2 different ones, completely different feel. I bought one. You may have liked the other one.

From my experience, my current WASD V2 is easily best for me. I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate(original version), Das 4 Ultimate, and Ducky Shine 3 YOTS stored away. The WASD is hands down the best in my opinion. The rest have QC issues, and I don't really need lighting or Macro keys for my gaming sessions. Like others say though, there are tons of choices depending on your needs and switch preference.

that mainly comes down to what keys you get which in that case any keyboard is good as long as you have the right switch. i just want a keyboard that is good for pretty much anything and is not only reliable but will last long. you should already be able to infer what I like from the keyboards I listed.. I just want to know what you guys prefer and think are good.

Just tell me what you prefer man. This doesn't need to turn into something vulgar and I am sorry if I offended you in anyway. Liquid's post is something I am looking for because it provides me with the options so I can look at them myself. What I cannot do is actually hold and test the keyboard and that's why I need someone to suggest a keyboard they think is good from their own experience.

I heard that people like the cherry switches better as razer uses their own and they are not genuine cherry switches. Do you feel like the razer switches are inferior in anyway?
