Problem with CPU temperature on laptop

I have Acer Aspire 5349 with B970 cpu. Temperatures are usually around 45 degrees celsius, but if i do anything, like internet browsing it jumps to 70 degrees and cpu fan start spinning like crazy. I have cleaned cpu fan and also changed thermal paste, but it didn't helped at all. I'm having this problem for over 2 years and i still have no solution.

Hi,

If you have done a full clean of everything and it still not getting any better then it's most likely down to bad design. You could maybe try a laptop cooler to see if it helps but I doubt it will......

sorry but seems your a bit stuck here. A new laptop might be for the best.
