So I've got an old PC with this components:
CPU: Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz
6GB RAM DDR3 1333
Motherboard: ASRock H55M-LE
GPU: GeForce 210 1GB
What's wrong with it? Thank you very much

CS:GO minimum system requirements list as minimum graphics card 256MB memory and the usage of Pixel Shader 3.0, which pretty much translates to DirectX 9.0c
The game should atleast be runnable.
Don't expect much, but it should definately start.

There are even videos available of what performance you should expect: (result of a 30 sec google search)

Make sure your drivers are up to date and you have updated your OS. (I'll assume a somewhat recent version of Windows, this means 7+)

Does it not run at all, or is it just low fps?

The minimum system requirements for CS:GO are lower than what you have so it should run

Your setup should be pulling 20-30fps at low-medium settings, fps that low makes it hard to play but is normal for your hardware, if you want higher fps you need to upgrade
