PC crashing during games

So recently my pc has been hardcrashing while trying to play games like overwatch and Skyrim Special Edition. The games cause a loud buzzing sound coming from the power supply. The computer eventually crashes and restarts without any error message. I checked my GPU and CPU temps and they were just fine. The sound from the power supply leads me to believe that there is an issue with it. Hoping to get a second opinion.
GTX 1070 Founders Edition
i5 6600k
Corsair cx 750 m power supply
gigabyte motherboard.

Just a low quality power supply with unstable power.
Any of these would power that just fine, if you have a friend with a decent power supply you can try his first just to make sure.

I would recommend one of the last 2 listed but the other 2 are acceptable quality.
