This is my current build with help of others:

Also can I play other games like COD:BO3 and those high graphics games? And can I upgrade in the future to play games like Battlefield 1 ? Sorry this is my first time doing this kind of thing. If I can't play it with medium-high graphics give me suggestions, max price is $1200. I don't need a mouse and other things like that, just whatever is on there.

Priority : Games (highest) , surfing and watching vids (still high to :p)

The only thing a Z170 is doing for you instead of an H170 is running that slightly higher speed RAM. Unless you want to eventually run SLI and or 6600K then H170 board is also an option for you. I might prefer a MSI H170I Pro AC mobo and Corsair Air 240 case only because a wireless system is versatile for something like a LAN party but the build you have is ok the way it is.

This is a little better and comes out a good bit cheaper.
