Hi, I've recently built my own PC (about 2 weeks ago) looking at most of the gameplays on this setup were quite satisfying for me. The setup: AMD FX 8350

Msi 970 gaming motherboard (if that matters)
On most of the videos I've seen the frames were almost always above 60 and in games like lol or csgo they were jumping between 200-300 and for example Forza motorsport 6 apex id usually see around 60 fps. As I went to play csgo I noticed my frames being only around 80 (I've tried most of the graphics settings and still nothing worked) and ocasionally the game would fully lag and I wouldn't be able to do anything including movino the cursor. Today, I tried to play Forza motorsport 6 apex, which I mentioned before, but somehow the game wouldn't even load up? I turned on task manager to see the ram performance (I had opened only the game and the task manager) and I would only see that even even the task manager is not responding? Really massive thank you if you could help me
