So I was planning to buy the new FIFA 17 for PC. And I don't know if there would be a problem if two controllers were connected simultaneously for co-op. Would there be a problem?

Solution
As a general rule, anything that uses XInput should be recognized as a separate controller in games; you'll need to confirm with Logitech tech support to see if this is the case. At the very least, Xbox 360/XB1 controllers should work.

And again, the game needs to support separate local controllers, which is not typically done [though EA has been good about this in the past].

I googled and it says one can be via usb and the other via bluetooth

It depends on the controller you use I think, I believe XBOX 1 controllers with the Wireless dongle can run multiple controllers without conflict.
Yeah:
With the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows, not only can you connect your Xbox One Wireless Controller to your Windows 10 device, you can also connect up to eight wireless controllers and up to four chat headsets or two stereo headsets without any cables between your controller and your Windows 10, 8.1, or 7 device.

The game has to support it though as well, it should if it offers a co-op mode.
