It's read speed is a bit concerning. I'd recommend that you backup any important data which you might have on that drive as soon as possible, just to be on the safe side. After that, go ahead and download the SSHD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and run all the tests, to see if anything alarming pops-up.

Please let me know what are the results of the tests.
