My PC:
i5 3470, 3.2Ghz;
ECS Z77H2-A3;
GTX 1060 6gb MSI ARMOR;
8GB RAM;
PSU 650W FSP;
128GB SSD + 2 HDD (1TB + 250GB);
WINDOWS 10 x64.

I have pretty good results in Tomb Rider, BeamNG, Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, Doom.
But in battlefield 3 and battlefield 4 I'm getting a very poor performance, can you help me?

This is trouble in my video on youtube:

I can't see any issues with your FPS, it does drop down to 80FPS occasionally but doesn't seem all that bad. You do get some packet loss however and since you say you get bad performance on BF3 and BF4 (assuming you play only multiplayer), your internet might be causing your performance issues. This could be caused by your occasional packet loss. Your CPU and GPU never max out so that is what I'm guessing the problem is.

It drops to 80 fps on 720p man on low settings... At 1080p it drops to 40-50.

Even with that video you uploaded, I cannot see any performance issues. But I did find why your GPU usage isn't 100%, I just realized that your monitor is 60Hz. BF3 and 4 reduce the load on your system by not rendering a higher FPS than what you can display (hence your GPU usage being <80% most of the time). I don't know why it was sitting at nearly 100FPS in the first clip but it shouldn't be going that high. There might be a way to disable this but I have no idea why you would need to apart from benchmarking.

In single player 99%, in multiplayer I get about 40-60%.

I have freaking drops to 50 fps in multiplayer, what are you talking about. In single player I have same shit, but gpu is fully loaded. Is it normal in your opinion?

Disable your Vsync and try again, see if drops the same way aswell. I didn't see fps drops below 55-56 fps.

Also, why did you enable the server graph in singleplayer? It's useless. You need to use perfoverlay.drawgraph 1 to see CPU/GPU usage.

And I'm not going to sit around and watch 4 minutes to find minor hiccups below 60 fps. Point out directly when you have poor performance.

2 minutes just for you (with up scaled rivatuner's info) , and this is not minor, as you can see, I can't get stable 60 fps anyway. FULLHD, Ultra, 4X MSAA. Same thing with high settings. So what? I should play on medium settings? GTX 1060? Really?

It is not my ram, damn... I tried without any other programs in the background. It shouldn't runs in 50-60 fps. And I have fps drop not in the respawn screen only... I hope you are joking, I cant explain it anymore.
