I did upgrade to Windows 10 several months ago on a Dell Insprion 560 series desktop and all was well til October when the internet connection stopped. I tried reinstalling Windows 7 from a Dell purchased reinstall BUSB but no joy. I then tried downloading the Dell available drivers from a connected laptop and transferring via a flash drive to the desktop. Upon installation the error message was that the desktop was in deep sleep mode. I changed the deep sleeppower option to never, After restarting, no joy. I saw a link talking about verifying the Smart LAN in BIOS, but no instr and some other steps but no instructions about how to do this. I would appreciate any additional community advice and help. Thank you
