I just upgraded my i5-2400 to an i7-3770(used) but my rams are 1066. I have just found out on intel website that i7-3770 does not support this type of ram? My pc is working fine at the moment but should I buy new rams?

thanks.

I would not bother, virtually no performance gain (technically you do get some, but you likely won't ever notice). Also, since you won't be overclocking (locked CPU) this is even less significant. I would keep the current RAM if it is 8GB or more. If less... then it would be a good idea to sell all of it and get a new dual channel kit.
