Can I use 450 watt psu

Hi, I am building my first pc Intel i3 4160, msi gtx 750ti(OC edition), 8 gb ram(Dual channel), msi b85 e45 ddr3 mobo.
Can I use 450 watt PSU? I will overclock cpu.

Find a PSU whose 12V rail can supply more power than the TDP of your CPU and GPU combined (extra 100W at least) and the choice of how much safety margin depends on you.
The PSU should have pins to fit your needs as well and it should be from a good company (e.g Corsair, Cooler Master).
It should be 80+ at least (the higher the better).
Most importantly check people's opinions and reviews.
 
If you want to overclock its more complex. Overclocking you want the most stable and cleanest voltage regulation possible. You also want good safety features and to know the PSU is safe to supply its quoted wattage. The tire list herrwizo linked is very helpful but you should also google reviews of the PSU you are looking at.

Think of overclocking like a performance car, all parts need to be up to the high performance standard otherwise you can have serious problems.
