So I have worked out that 8GB RAM is a bottleneck for my system, so I need 16GB in dual channel config for the best performance...

Here's the thing, looking at my manual for my mobo it doesn't say anything about supported speeds so, does anyone know the fastest RAM my mobo can handle?

I saw this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMY16GX3M2A2133C11-Vengeance-2133Mhz-Performance/dp/B00D6E5KMA/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1477924643&sr=8-11&keywords=corsair+16GB+%282x8GB%29+2133Mhz

Just saw this as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-PC2400-Vengeance-Memory-Module/dp/B00FMRV8I4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1477925850&sr=8-1&keywords=Corsair+16GB+%282x+8GB%29+PC2400+CL11+Vengeance+Pro+VenPk+DDR3+DIMM+RAM+Memory+Module+-+Gold These look good for £100 :D

Preferable buying place: Amazon.co.uk
Preferable brand: Corsair (I have a corsair themed rig)

Thanks for the help! :)

Solution
Your mobo supports DDR3 up to 1600MHz natively, or up to 3000MHz with overclocking. RAM frequency generally won't have a noticeable impact on performance - it is mostly useful if you are using integrated graphics.

Both RAM kits you linked should work without issues. Their frequency in practice will depend on your BIOS settings (overclocking, XMP profile).

How about this?: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/components-upgrades/computer-memory/corsair-vengeance-lp-black-ddr3-pc-memory-2-x-8-gb-dimm-ram-10143114-pdt.html

Simple, cheap, stock speeds (I don't like overclocking) and Low Profile so it's discrete and has enough room for my Hyper 212 Evo, should be alright, right?

Thanks for your help :)

Fantastic! So just to be sure when it comes to installing RAM, its almost like a GPU swap, pull out, put in, boot? Right?

Can these sticks also avoid me having to use an XMP profile?

I know that with my mobo I have to put the RAM in DIMM 2 and 4, so hopefully it's this easy lol

In theory, and in most cases in practice (unless you get a faulty or DOA memory), it goes just like this. You turn the PC off, unplug it from the wall, replace memory, turn it on, go to BIOS and adjust RAM to use XMP (always the best thing to do). Save BIOS settings, reboot. And sure, your mobo manual describes which slots to use, so make sure you do ;)
