Hey guys so its time for me for the first time to join the AIO army however after assembling the kraken and removing the top moduvents of my case i see no possibilities to mount it in the top theres no holes to mount the radiator or screws im not sure if im just blind i was hoping someone with experience could give me a hint as how its supposed to be mounted at the top, also i would like to mention that in order to have it put on top i have to use a little force, im not sure why exactly as its supposed to fit a 280mm radiator there

It certainly does accommodate a 280mm rad at the top (or front) - I can't give detailed instructions, as I've never used an X61 in my R5, but FWIW, I believe people had an easier time installing the X61 before the motherboard if that helps? You're likely having to force it in order to clear the motherboard?

There are mounting holes for 280mm rads, and the mounting method (screws etc) should be documented in the X61's manual...

Hey Barty you were somehow correct it was a clearance issue with the exhaust fan in the back.

Im wondering since i got a new evga supernova g2 850watt psu should i go for fan up or fan down?

That makes sense too!

Great PSU choice! A little overkill for most setups, but a great choice regardless.

You want fan down in 99% of situations. If you're planning to sit directly on carpet, then fan up may be the smarter idea - but I'd suggest you find something to put under the case & still mount fan down.

Aight its not on a carpet floor but i do have a fan filter anyhow so it will be facing down

My reason for the psu is because im running a zotac 1080 amp extreme and i7 6700k and to ensure future upgrade possibilities i went a bit off :)
