Flash Drive appear but do not work

in disk management the data part is unavaileable
BUT
i have changed the letter to avoid conflicts
it shows no media at diskpart - list disk
i cannot format the flash drive with ANY program
i run out of ideas
all the USB ports are fine AND the flash drives are working fine in other devices (Smart tv and stuff)

I'd strongly recommend you backup your data from the USB flash drive somewhere else, since you are able to access it from other devices. Have you also tried checking you will be able to see your files on another laptop/PC as well? If the issues is only present on your computer, then you should definitely try uninstalling & reinstalling the flash drive as a device from Device Manager. Another thing that you should check is your USB Hub Controller drivers and make sure you got the latest ones installed straight from the computer/motherboard manufacturer's official website.
