Need help on PSU & CPU Cooler (not sure if i should get a third party cpu cooler since i7 has stock fan). Not sure on how many watts i need for this build. Got the GPU cause it was on special. This was the suggest MOBO but not sure (any suggestions for better ones?) pref around 150 mark or below is great.

Stock cooler is enough for your build if you don't plan on overclocking something, you can keep it. But if you want even quieter PC then a Cryorig should be fine!

For a PSU, i'd recommend a EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W, it's a very well made one, it shall give you no problem whatsoever.

The suggested MOBO is plenty, you will face no problems with it too no doubt.
But if you want something great you may opt for

Aside from that PSU, you can get all the rest without worries!
Always get decent PSU, as your entire system...
The stock cooler will do the job.
The only reason for an aftermarket cooler would be for quieter operation under load. Cryorig H7 would be all you need.

The motherboard is fine.
PSU need is determined by your graphics card. 430w is about right for a GTX1060.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Whatever you do, buy quality.
Tier 1 or 2 from a list such as this:

Seasonic is always good.

Nah, you probably shouldn't.
Liquid coolers are great, yes. Do you really need one of them? Your CPU isn't overclockable so you won't reach such high temps that a Air Cooler won't hold.

Also, they have a serious problem called leaks, that may end-up ruining your system. So you really have to be careful, that way i'd not advise, at all, having a liquid cooler unless you really need one.

A good quality air cooler is as good as a normal liquid and offer no problem whatsoever. So, i think if you wanna spend in cooling, get a proper air cooler and have no further problems

My canned rant on liquid cooling:
------------------------start of rant-------------------
You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
-----------------------end of rant--------------------------

Your pc will be quieter, more reliable, and will be cooled equally well with a decent air cooler.
