PC Reboots during Gameplay

Lately ive had problems with my PC.
I bought this PC about 10 months ago and now it suddenly reboots whenever i am playing a game, it seems to have something to do with loading since reboots can happen 5 minutes into gameplay during openworld games but during fps games it can take up to an hour untill it reboots. And just to be clear, when it reboots i do not get a blue screen or a error messages, it just restarts and comes back like nothing hapened.

SOFTWARE:
I have run loads of intivirus scanners but it didnt help so i reset my windows 10 but that didnt help either so its not a virus, it could still be a driver though since i installed all my drivers before i tried gaming.

TEMP:
I have monitored my cpu and gpu temps but they both hover around 65 degrees celsius during gameplay and right before a reboot they usualy are around 70 but sometimes the reboot already hapeneds when they are at 45 so i dont think heat is the problem

PSU:
When it comes to the Psu ive taken one of those tests to see if your psu has enough power to run all the hardware and it did. It had more power then the test recomended.

SPECS:
Cpu: i5 4590 (stock cooler)
Gpu: Asus turbo 970 4gb
Psu: Crossair vs550
Mobo: msi gaming 3 z97
OS: windows 10
(Nothing is overclocked)

Solution
Reinstall drivers using display driver uninstaller.
Check hard drive health
Still could be the psu. Vs are not good PSUs, and they could have degraded during your time of use, not providing enough power during critical times or load for long times. A reboot with nothing error is most likely a Psu. Use the toms psu tier list to get a good tier 3+ psu with at least 500-550w.

So if my cpu overheats i should get a error message or blue screen?

If your CPU overheats it's likely that the computer will restart with a bios warning. If not then your temps can tell you. If you use open hardware monitor, it saves entries and logs, so if it crashed and reboots, view those logs and till tell you temps.
Gpu overheat is always a blank, blue, or just any solid or striped screen.

Also since you have a stock cooler, Intel stock coolers have been known to fall off, so check that the cooler four pin corners are tight. Give a good push. Also check to see that all fans are working

And anything above 70 counts as overheating right? Or what temperature is alarming?
