Go safe mode without networking, recover any important files that you need/want (pictures, work you've done) then format and reinstall windows.
also how do you know you've been "Hijacked" and how do you know its 91% completed?

Also change the password on your router/modem right away to a strong password, and also your wifi password if you have wifi.
Iobit tech used logmein and some utility (I don't know what) that showed ever incident of the hijack, pages and pages of entries and then showing a percentage of 91%. Thanks for answering, I just decided to reinstall to factory setting and start over again. Worked just fine.,
