Hi guys,
I've just purchased the said processor (coming from a 4460) and sought to test it as I will render long videos and wanted to make sure it will not overheat. Using an ASRock Z97 Pro3 motherboard, stock cooler and the stock paste. With the IntelBurnTest it quickly reached 100C (just after the 3rd test). I am sure I've mounted the cooler just fine. I am not into overclocking and just want to use the stock speed and after reading the forums I've set my vcore voltage to 1.13 with override but to no avail - still high temps. Could you please check the voltages for me and tell me if they're fine and if somebody has the same mobo - what are the best options for a cooler CPU with no overclocking whatsoever.

Intel burn test is pretty intense when it stresses the cpu. If you're using the stock cooler that may be why. What are your ambient room temps? Is your case well ventilated? Your voltages appear fine and it looks like it accepted your settings at least by this screenshot. Vcore was originally 1.132v, the override you set shows 1.130v. The stock cooler may struggle a bit for long hours of rendering depending on other factors. You may want to consider something like a cryorig h7 to keep temps in check. Keep in mind also that ibt stress temps are higher than you'd get from actually using a program like handbrake or something.
