so I brought battlefield 1 and tested out all the different settings. I found my rig can play on ultra at around 50-60fps most of the time but it can easily drop down to 30 and I was wondering. its playable but is noticeable. so I was wondering which one is it. my cpu,gpu or both?.its not a heat issue because after checking my rig never reaches over 60 degrees
