Im thinking of upgrading my 2gb 960 to a 1060, is this even neccesary?
If I should, should I get this 3gb model:

or

(The 3gb version costs $280 AUD and the 6gb costs $360 AUD) So is it worth paying $80 extra for 3 more gb or is there more to it.
Also will my cpu bottleneck it at all?
Thanks.
My specs:
GTX 960 2GB, i5 3570k @ 3.4ghz, 8gb RAM, Game on a 1080p monitor.
