Is cm 400w psu enough for gtx 1060

Hello everyone,
Im planning to buy GTX 1060 and I have Cooler Master Elite 400w psu, so can you please tell me that the above psu is enough for the system or i have to buy a new one.

My current system spec:

Amd Phenom ii x4 955 black edition
Asus M5a97 motherboard
4gb ddr3 Kingston HyperX blu
Cooler Master elite 400w
Nvidia gt 520

Hello... Your CM has a rating of 276 watts on the +12vdc rails... your AMD is using 125 watts and the 1060 will need 120 watts from it... that's 88.7% of available, and not a Good efficiency operating range for the PS. B /

As to above utube reference... there is no science (procedure) included for any one, in the field of testing, to explain the results... Let me refer to the AC DC wars of Edison, He would setup a Display/exhibit to Kill animals with AC voltage... there are destructive and NON- destructive testing procedures... and then failure analysis afterwards.

Anybody can cause damage, show sparks and smoke... But what were the Conditions before such event? that's when true science and curiosity come in B /
