So I just got an ASRock H170A-X1 and when I installed it none of the USB 3.0 would work as I have Windows 7 and didn't have those drivers already. Also the Ethernet drivers are not working so I can't install drivers through USB or through downloading, pretty stuck atm.

Don't you have a CD with drivers, that came with the MOBO?
In you don't have one, I believe it may be a good idea to contact the MOBO's Support on that.
Are the USB 2.0 ports working? Have you tried the ports on the back of the computer case? Are the devices even powering up, when attached to the USB 3.0 ports?
