my computer has been working perfectly for the last year or so and this morning i tried booting it up as usual and then after a black screen for 30 seconds, it shuts down. The PC has been dusted and when it turns on, all fans are operating. this is a custom pc.

Re-seat all connections and RAM, reset the BIOS, try again.
Could be a failing power supply, bad motherboard, video card.
Having system specs would help, including brand and model of power suppy.
