Hello guys. My PC Case is the Corsair 300R and my motherboard is Asus maximus vii hero.

This motherboard can take 4 PC Case fans and i have 6.. What do you suggest me to do so i can install all of them and control their speed? Because i dont want them to spin on full speed all the time or on minimum speed.

Also i need an advice for my airflow. I have installed 2/140mm fans on the front which brings air inside, 2/120mm top the first one brings in air and the second one blows out, 1/120mm on the rear which blows air out, and the last 1/120mm on the side panel which brings air inside..Any suggestions?

Now about the weird thing with the microphone port. I have the Hyper-X Cloud headset and when i attach the microphone on them and then plug the 3.5 jack to PC the microphone doesnt work, but when i put the microphone of my headset or any other microphone directly to my PC they working fine! I have tried the headset with the mic plugged in and used one of the rear 3.5 jack ports and its working but with a lot of noise! What is the problem here?

are you sure you need 6 fans? 2x intake + 2x exhaust should be fine
even 3x intake + 1x exhaust is fine

however depending on the fans you're using you can use a fan splitter for your mainboard. seeing as it's a quality board they usually support around 8W/header. better check the manual and your fans first.
