Is it worth to upgrade my old rig?

I'm planning to upgrade my old graphics card (ATI RADEON HD 4910) with 1050TI so i dont know should i do it because my motherboard only supports DDR2 RAM and overall it's pretty old system so these are my specs

CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 940 3.0GHZ
RAM 8GB DDR2 1800Mhz
GPU ATI RADEON HD 4810
MOTHERBOARD ASUS V3MN8200

Is it really worth upgrading to 1050TI or just build a whole new system :D

Keep your old card and buy the 1050 and put it into the current system

Worst case you can make a new computer later and put in the new card and give the old card back to the old computer.
