can anyone help me what should i do . my motherboard detail :
manufacturer : biostar Group
model : P4M90-M7A
chipset : VIA P4M900 / VT8237A

This motherboard supports a limited number of Core 2 Duo CPU. The only officially supported processors are the E6300, E6400, E6600 and E6700 cpu's. Any other CPU will most probably not work, even with the most recent BIOS.

You will have to find one of those CPUs for a reasonable price.But honestly, the Core2Duo CPUs are not all that powerful anymore, so if you are planning on using this as a gaming computer, I suggest upgrading your whole computer to something more recent.
