Hi every one,

I had this problem on my new T460p (ThinkPad) - Type 20FX
laptop. I almost tried everything from everywhere but I think No one has an excat solution for this problem.

I used Bluescreen viewer to explore the minidmp messages and all it says it was due to tcpip.sys

note that I use the laptop for work. not for personal issue.

any suggestions.

there is the message from whocrashed if it would help.

Solution
you can't delete tcpip.sys as its part of windows, it wasn't the cause, it was just getting the blame for the wifi drivers (I assume) pushing it to do things it shouldn't.

are you still getting bsod?

I've tried to do that but the problrm still exist.

I don't know if Im not doing it right or this file "tcpip.sys" cant be deleted.
